1. Satış Müdürü(Sales Manager)


The responsibilites may include:
•  Prepare a sales strategy for your region
•  Identify key networks and contacts that will help initiate relationships into customer organizations

2. Satış Mühendisi;

Müşterilerle bağlantı kurarak INSTRO' nun bünyesinde bulunan ürün ve hizmetlerini satma konusunda isteği olan. Mühendislik veya İlgili Teknik Bilimler alanlarında lisans veya yüksek lisans mezunu takım arkadaşları

Satış Mühendisinin Rolü:
INSTRO' nun eksiksiz ürün çözümleri için teknik gereksinimleri bulma, çözüm tasarımı / mühendislik / danışmanlık, teklif hazırlama desteği, süreç yönetimi ve teknik sunumlar gibi tanımlı alanlardan sorumlu satış ekibinin bir parçasıdır.

Görevler:
•  Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını anlamak, şirket ürünlerinin satışını teşvik etmek ve satış desteği sağlamak için ilgili yöneticisiyle işbirliği yapmak.
•  Mevcut ve gelecekteki müşteri hizmetleri gereksinimlerini, potansiyel ve mevcut müşterilerle ve diğer kişileri hizmet gereksinimlerini anlamak ve bu süreçte kişisel uyum içinde çalışmak.
•  Soruları ve istekleri doğru olarak cevaplayarak ürün, servis veya ekipman teknik ve mühendislik bilgisi sağlamak.
•  Kapsamlı teknik uzmanlık gerektiren ürünlerin veya makinaların satışını ve kurulum ve kullanım desteğini sağlamak
•  Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için doğru ürün konfigürasyonlarını planlamak ve değiştirmek.
•  Müşterilere ve potansiyel müşterilere ürün veya hizmetleri açıklayan teknik sunumlar hazırlamak.
•  Makinaların veya ürünlerin deneme kurulumlarını düzenlemek.
•  Endüstriyel özel çözümler de dahil olmak üzere, belirli müşteri gereksinimleri için tekliflerin geliştirilmesi, sunulması veya bunlara verilen yanıtların hazırlığını yapmak.
•  Örnekleri veya katalogları göstererek teknik sunumlar yapmak, ürün kullanılabilirliği ve avantajları hakkında bilgi vermek için ticari, endüstriyel veya diğer kuruluşlardaki potansiyel alıcıları ziyaret etmek.

Tercih Edilen Nitelikler ve Eğitim Gereksinimleri:
•  Mühendislik veya İlgili Teknik Bilimler alanlarında lisans veya yüksek lisans mezunu
•  İyi derecede İngilizce bilen
•  Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış.
•  B sınıfı sürücü ehliyetine sahip ve aktif araç kullanabilen
•  Seyahat etmeyi seven

3. Servis Mühendisi(Service Engineer);

INSTRO, is seeking a Service Engineer for the İstanbul in Turkey

We will provide classroom and hands-on training to enable you to install and service a variety of Coordinate Measuring Machines (multisensor CMM, portable CMM, Laser Tracker, Laser Scanners), machine tools and accessories.

The responsibilites may include:
•  Responsible for the installation and machine maintenance, which includes the diagnosis, repairs, certifications and re-calibration of various machines at the customer sites, to conform to factory specifications and accuracy standards.
•  Performs service calls at customer sites to correct problems involving company products, diagnoses and corrects the problem, and performs related duties to customer satisfaction.
•  Provides technical support to other service representatives and customers.
•  Ensures prompt preparation and completion of services and expense reporting related to assigned duties.
•  Provides the highest customer satisfaction while representing INSTRO in a professional manner.
•  The design, documentation, testing, creation, or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems.
•  Mechanical duties include assembly , disassembly, leveling, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical issues on automated equipment.
•  Electrical duties include diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of control systems.
•  Supports organizational policies related to safety and environmental protection.
•  Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities that positively affect safety, the environment, quality, reliability and productivity.

This position requires:
• Degree of Bachelor's preferred or engineering skill.
• Mechanical, electrical, physic, material, computer, and software experience.
• Must be a self-motivated, highly detailed-oriented and organized
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

4. Uygulama Mühendisi(Application Engineer);

INSTRO, is seeking a Application Engineer for the İstanbul in Turkey 

As the Applications Engineer for INSTRO portfolio you will provide technical support for all aspects of metrology products, demonstration, functionality, and performance. In addition, Applications Engineer is responsible for documenting, testing and training the technical aspects of the product line to personnel throughout the INSTRO organization.

Demonstration;
Provide product demonstrations of our hardware and software to pertinent internal departments (Sales, Service, technical Support)
Able to communicate benefits of INSTRO’s products for complex metrology applications.
Training;
Develop, prepare and conduct training classes for Factory, Sales, Service and Support personnel throughout Turkey and near countries.
Create training programs and tools to educate & support domestic/international resources.
Foster participation and relationships with internal customers through effective interaction
Technical Support;
Provide technical support to our customers.
Provide documentation and training to our Technical Support, Sales and Service organizations regarding Legacy, Current and New products
Engineering;
Maintain technical expertise to be the technical subject matter expert on all 2D/3D metrology products(CMM, Multisensor CMM, Laser Scanners, Portable Arm CMM products and accessories).
Must be able to travel

This position requires:
•  Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•  3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or similar environment
•  Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Must be comfortable speaking before small groups
•  Driving license
•  Must be able to travel
•  Proficiency in programming
•  Solid knowledge of 3D CAD
•  Proficiency with MS Office
•  Proficiency in multiple metrology softwares as used on small tools equipment and 3D metrology products

•  Demonstrate working knowledge of metrology skills
•  Demonstrate working knowledge of GD&T
•  Must consistently self-manage and self-motivate
